Who are we ?
- Microtec Communications is primarily a computer services company providing custom software development for businesses. We have been in existence since 1994, and have a solid customer basis. Our experience in the area of telecommunications and networking led us to set up several synchronization systems (including a tele-backup service which we provide called TeleSauvegarde), until in September 2003, we wrote a fully-fledged replicator for the needs of one of our customers. From this replication solution, which has been working, with very little upkeep, for nearly two years, emerged CopyCat – a generalised replication solution in the form of Delphi / C++Builder components, so that other developers can reuse our experience, while personalising the product to fit their needs.
